Listing Your Property

As a seller on Proffer, listing your property is straightforward. Simply click the “Post Listing” button after registering and provide detailed information such as photos, price, and property description. These details are used to showcase the property on the portal and prepare Contract A, an initial contract required by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Contract A Creation

After providing all the necessary information for your listing, our administrators create Contract A through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) system. This contract formalizes the listing and includes all essential details. It will then be sent back via email, ready for compulsory signing.

Confirmation of Your Listing

When you sign Contract A via the DLD system, our administrators will change the status of your listing to “Confirmed.” This means that it’s officially displayed as available for viewing by potential buyers on Proffer.

Verification Of Your Listing

Our team meticulously verifies each property posted on Proffer to ensure its authenticity and accuracy. We create one of the unique Contract A forms through the Dubai Brokers system, guaranteeing that all data is correctly filled and verified. Additionally, we conduct daily monitoring of sold properties. If you have sold your property and forgotten to remove the listing, we will contact you and remove it ourselves. However, we request that if you sell your property elsewhere, you delete the listing from our site independently.

On each property, you can create only three unique Contract A forms in Dubai Brokers. We create one of these forms, ensuring that all data is correctly filled and verified.

Doing Business With A Partner

When you find a potential buyer, whether through a partner or directly, our platform fully supports the transaction process. We ensure that all agreement details are finalized and financial transactions are made securely. After the completion of such transactions, the status of the listing will be updated, indicating that the property has been sold.

Benefits

We promote your property using our large advertising budget and only take a 1% fee after the transaction, unlike other agencies that charge at least 2%. Our verified listings ensure no chain of agents, so the end buyer sees a fair price. Additionally, the buyer always sees only verified and current listings.
