As a seller on Proffer, you can easily list your property on our website. After registering, just click the 'Place an ad' button. Provide essential details such as photos, the asking price, and a description of the property. This information will be used to showcase your property on the portal and to prepare Contract A, the initial contract required by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Once you've provided all the necessary information for your listing, our administrators will generate Contract A through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) system. This contract formalizes your listing and includes all the important details. It will then be sent back to you by email, ready for your required signature.

When you sign Contract A through the DLD system, our administrators will change the status of your listing to 'Verified.' This means it's officially displayed as available for potential buyers to view on the Proffer/Property site.

Our team carefully reviews each property listed on Proffer to ensure its authenticity and accuracy. We review the data you provide and any uploaded documents individually.

When you find a potential buyer, whether through a partner or directly, our platform fully supports the transaction process. We ensure that all agreement details are settled and that financial transactions are carried out safely and securely. Once the deal is finalized, the listing status is updated to indicate the property has been sold.
