Once confirmed, it becomes available to all users on the site.
Interested buyers can reach out to you directly or via Proffer.
You select this option when submitting the listing in the contact section.
If a buyer likes your property, they’ll make you an offer. You’ll receive a notification, and details will be available in your personal account.
If the terms suit you, accept the offer, and we’ll proceed with the transaction.
We contact both parties, prepare necessary Contracts A, B, and F, explain the process, specify when to issue checks, and arrange a visit to the trustee office.
