1.3 Terms used on the Website:
User – any person using the Website.
Seller – a user who owns a property and wishes to sell it.
Buyer – a user intending to buy a property.
Real Estate Agency – a company holding a brokerage license and posting listings on the Website.
Referral – a user referring potential clients to the Website who wish to conduct real estate transactions.
Platform – the website Proffer.ae
Company (Website Administration) – Proffer Real Estate LLC
Developer – a company engaged in creating and marketing real estate projects.

2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and fully agree with these Terms.
2.2 Signing agreements (A, B, F, etc.) prepared through Proffer.ae constitutes full acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Website’s Privacy Policy.
2.3 If you do not fully accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
2.4 The Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 or for those prohibited by applicable law from accessing or using the Website.

3. Services Provided Through the Website
3.1 Listings
Listing of properties is free of charge.

3.2 Transaction Registration
Real estate transactions are conducted under the brokerage license of Proffer Real Estate LLC.

4. User Registration and Accounts
4.1 To fully utilize the Website, users must register and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4.2 The user, as the account holder, is responsible for the security of their account credentials (username and password).
4.3 During registration, users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. The Administration reserves the right to block accounts for refusal to provide KYC/AML information.

5. Use of Website Content
5.1 All materials on the Website are protected by copyright and intended for personal use only.
5.2 Users may not engage in actions that violate applicable intellectual property laws or disrupt the proper functioning of the Website and its services.
5.3 Users may not attempt to access content or services in any manner other than through the interface provided by the Website Administration, nor take actions aimed at altering or interfering with the Website.
5.4 Use of Website materials without the rights holder’s permission is not permitted.

6. Platform Liability
6.1 The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis, meaning it is provided in the form and scope available at the time of use.

6.2.2 Any damages or losses resulting from Users’ actions.
6.2.3 Temporary outages or service interruptions and any resulting data loss.
6.2.4 Malfunctions or other issues with a User’s computer, mobile device, or any other equipment arising during use of the Website.
6.2.5 Harm to dignity, reputation, or business image, or any other damage related to the use of the Platform.

7. Privacy Policy

7.2 Users consent to the processing of their data for the purpose of providing Platform services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
