Steps to Complete a Transaction

Upload required documents: Passports, Emirates ID, ownership certificate, bank statement.

  • Passports and identification documents Emirates ID (if available) of the property owner and the buyer.
  • Ownership documents (OKUD/certificate).
  • Bank statement.

Signing Contract A:

  • Seller signs Contract A provided by Proffer.

Signing Contract B:

  • Buyer signs Contract B provided by Proffer through DLD.

Pay Deposit:

  • Buyer pays 10% deposit upon receiving the invoice from Proffer.

Complete Contract F:

  • Both seller and buyer sign Contract F prepared by Proffer.

Obtaining the NOC (No Objection Certificate):

  • The seller obtains the NOC.

Prepare Property Payment:

  • Ready payment, including fees:
  1. 4% DLD.
  2. Agent commissions.
  3. 5,250 AED trust company fee.

Representation Availability:

  • If unable to attend, Proffer can provide a representative.

Schedule Transaction:

  • Proffer sets transaction date with seller at the trust company. Agents are paid.

Distribute Commission:

  • Proffer settles with partner. Receive 100% commission until December 31, 2024

FAQs

How can I make a deal?

Register on the website as a partner, carefully read the partnership agreement, click on the 'make a deal' button, attach all requested documents and fill in all fields.

Can i be shure that you will not take my client?

Firstly, our relationship is governed by the offer agreement, which sets out all the terms of work. This is a legal document that has force in court. Before making a deal, you can print out this Agreement and keep it with you. If you haven'tdone this, you can request a version of the Agreement from us at any time that is current on the date of the deal. Secondly, we are not interested in your clients, but in you. By building honest and trusting relationships with you, we will gain more than from a single deal with your clients.

How can you guarantee my privacy

In a deal with your clients, we act as a broker, in trusty office we also go and actually administer the entire deal. We give you your part of the commission in a way that is convenient for you. This could be a transfer to your account or a check or cash. Our database of partners is encrypted and only a few employees have access to it, who are not directly related to the real estate market. No one but you will know that you made a deal through our license

What commissions will I receive?

We work with you under standard conditions: 80% to you and 20% to us from the commissions that you specify when creating a deal. Every 10 deals for any period we carry out under the conditions of 90% to you and 10% to us. All these conditions are written in the Agreement. In addition, we can conduct marketing and advertising campaigns, in which we can give you up to 100% of the commissions specified by you in the deals. All campaigns are valid at the time of their implementation, the terms of all campaigns can be viewed in a special section of the site.

Is there a minimum commission amount?

Yes, working with us under standard conditions, not including advertising campaigns, the minimum commission amount per deal received by Proffer is at least 0.4% of the value of the deal. Please take this into account when filling out the deal. During advertising campaigns, the minimum commission amount may be waived.

What documents a needed to make a deal?

The standard set of documents includes:Passports of the owners and buyers of real estate, Emirates ID if available, Title deed / Oqood, statement of account. In addition, you specify the phone numbers and email addresses of all owners and buyers. You also check the box about the possible presence of Power Of Attorney in the deal, we will clarify its status at several stages of the deal.
