Reef Luxury Developments, established in late 2024 under the leadership of CEO Samer Ambar, is a Dubai-based real estate developer known for introducing its patented “Sunken Balcony” or “Sunken Garden” concept—climate-controlled outdoor spaces designed for year-round comfort. Backed by an ambitious AED 14 billion investment plan, the company aims to launch 30 projects by December 2025, delivering around 5,000 residential units across Dubai. Its first major project, REEF 1000 in Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC), is a AED 175 million development with 125 residences ranging from studios to duplex townhouses, priced from AED 715K and scheduled for handover in Q4 2026. The second flagship, REEF 999 in Al Furjan, offers 142 units—including apartments and villas with private winter gardens—targeted for completion in Q1 2027. Recently announced, REEF 998 in DLRC will feature 323 units with outdoor-cooled balconies, smart-home integration, and resort-style amenities, with prices starting from AED 759K and completion planned for Q2 2028.
