The interiors at Villa del GAVI are designed in collaboration with renowned brands and using only premium solutions. Kitchens from Italian brand Febal Casa feature glass fronts with intelligent lighting and SMEG appliances. Bathroom fittings include exclusive solutions from Tom Dixon and Antonio Lupi, including designer bathtubs with hydromassage. Flooring is available in Italian Romano travertine or oak parquet. In the bathrooms, the unique Calacatta Viola marble with purple veins is used. Even the sockets and switches at Villa del GAVI are premium models from Siemens. The lighting is designed with Zonda and Flos fixtures. The furniture for the walk-in wardrobes and kitchens is made in Italy, as well as many interior features, such as integrated lighting and eco-leather finishes. The inner design is similar for all apartments at Villa del GAVI by Mr. Eight Development, which emphasizes the integrity of the concept.

Villa del GAVI by Mr. Eight Development is a conceptual boutique project with branded properties located on the archipelago of Dubai Islands. The luxury residential complex is being realized by a niche developer with 20 years of experience in the European market. Villa del GAVI is the company's second development within an ambitious concept of 5 boutique coastal communities on Dubai's legendary islands. Villa del GAVI by Mr. Eight Development is a 15-storey residential complex designed in the spirit of modern minimalism with Mediterranean motifs. Strict geometry of facades organically echoes the abundance of glass, natural stone and metal elements. Property at Villa del GAVI on Dubai Islands is represented by the only 87 residences, which provides privacy, chamber atmosphere and elitism. On offer are 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses ranging in size from 1,016 sqft (94 m²) to 4,678 sqft (435 m²).The infrastructure of the project corresponds to the boutique hotel status: there are two infinity pools overlooking the coast, a Technogym fitness center by Antonio Citterio, a tea lounge with a fireplace, a club house with a bar and lounge area, a designer lobby with furniture by B&B Italia, Cassina, glass installations by Lasvit and art objects by Lalique.
