Location — the north of Dubai, close to long beaches and promenades, with convenient access to the mainland via bridges.The project is available with 2 bedroom apartments from 1300 sqft (121 m²), 3 bedroom apartments from 2000 sqft (186 m²) and 4 bedroom apartments from 2700 sqft (251 m²). Dubai Islands are five islands with long coastlines, sandy beaches, parks and waterfronts. Family resorts and beach clubs are already operating in the area, and new restaurants are opening by the water. Close by are markets, museums and historic neighbourhoods for weekend getaways. Shopping centres and popular public spaces on the mainland are within a short drive, as are major hospitals at Deira and along Al Khaleej Road. On the leisure side, the choice is wide ranging: beach sports, promenade walks, restaurants, spas, children's activities.From Mr Eight Development Villa del BRUNELLO to Dubai International Airport (DXB) by car is usually 15-20 minutes, to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa — about 25-35 minutes, to Dubai Marina — 40-50 minutes.
