Danube Properties is the real estate development arm of Danube Group, a Dubai-headquartered conglomerate founded in 1993 by Rizwan Sajan. The group began as a single retail outlet in Deira and has since expanded into a multinational organization operating across the Middle East and Asia, with business verticals spanning building materials, home interiors, manufacturing, and property development.
Danube Properties operates within the Danube Properties Dubai residential market and forms part of the wider Danube Properties UAE portfolio. The developer is active primarily in Dubai and focuses on mid- to large-scale residential projects positioned in emerging and established urban districts. Over the years, Danube has launched more than 30 residential developments, with multiple projects delivered and others currently under development across the city.

The company is part of Danube Properties Development LLC and benefits from the operational scale of Danube Group, which employs more than 3,500 staff globally. Within the group structure, Madhusudhan Rao serves as CEO of Danube Group, overseeing strategic direction across all business divisions, while Ghayyour Ahmad, General Manager – Projects & Development, leads execution and delivery across Danube Properties’ development portfolio.
