Amirah Developments was established as a relatively new entrant in Dubai’s real estate sector, with most sources indicating its foundation around 2010, though the company positions itself as newly established in recent years. The company is led by its Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Mr. Muhammad Yousuf Jafrani, an experienced entrepreneur with over 15 years of business expertise in the UAE across industries such as automotive and hospitality. The developer’s first and only project to date is the Bonds Avenue Residences at Dubai Islands, which officially broke ground in June 2025. This project is designed as a luxury residential community and represents Amirah’s debut in the property development market. Construction is ongoing, with the handover expected in the first quarter of 2027. Despite some assumptions that Amirah may already have multiple projects delivered, reliable sources confirm that Bonds Avenue Residences is its maiden and only active project under development at present.
