Holm Developments is a Dubai-based real estate developer that officially entered the UAE market in 2023, though the company claims to have over 20 years of experience in land acquisition, design, and project planning. Headquartered in O14 Tower, Business Bay, Holm positions itself as a high-end, design-driven developer focused on creating distinctive residential and mixed-use projects. The company is led by CEO Sergey Avayan and Chief Development & Delivery Officer Mahmud Raad, who oversee its strategic direction and project execution. While Holm has announced significant investments—reportedly over AED 1.1 billion—in Dubai land and planning, it is still considered a new entrant in the local real estate market. As of now, Holm Developments has not yet completed any projects in the UAE, with its first developments, such as “Holm One” in Jumeirah Garden City (Al Satwa), currently in planning or early construction stages.
