DEVMARK

The Devmark Group is a Dubai-based firm working in real estate sales consultancy and marketing for property developers. It provides project advisory, branding, and PropTech tools to help launch and sell residential and commercial properties in the UAE. It is active in building a complete Devmark developer profile for each project, including strategy, sales training, and digital support.

In 2023, Devmark completed over AED 3 billion in property transactions. It works with a network of more than 13,000 agents to distribute inventory for its client developers. The group supports local and international developers in launching units through tools such as Eiight (for inventory control) and Freedm (for marketing and design). These platforms help streamline Devmark real estate campaigns.

The company is involved in several key Devmark Dubai projects. One is Residences Du Port Autograph Collection, located in Dubai Marina. It features 74 branded homes ranging from 818 to 5,541 sq ft, with prices starting at AED 2.49 million. Handover is planned for Q2 2026. Another project is Mama Shelter, where Devmark handles advisory and sales.
