The initiator and ideological inspiration behind the company is Rasha Hassan, a charismatic and widely known figure with nearly 20 years of experience in banking and development. Over the years, she has participated in large-scale projects with giants such as Emaar, Nakheel and Dubai Holdings. Rasha Hassan knows the industry inside out, from sales funnels and marketing strategies to the nuances of master plans, requests and the needs of specific clients. It is precisely her vast experience that makes Avenew's approach so well thought out.
