Established in 2003, SABA Properties has been at the forefront of property development in Dubai, with a primary focus on Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). Our journey began with the vision of harnessing the newly implemented Freehold Law in Dubai, and we have since achieved significant milestones.

SABA Properties launched the first freehold office tower in Dubai in 2003 and also the first handover in 2006 in Jumeirah Lakes Towers district. SABA Properties also manages/ maintains its own building through its subordinate company, SABA Property Management. This is to ensure that the buildings are managed at the highest standards, in order to preserve their values continuously.
