Anax Developments, the real estate arm of ANAX Holding, was established in early 2023 (sources vary between January 2023 and early 2024) as part of the group's strategic expansion into sustainable, community-focused luxury property development in Dubai The company is headed by Managing Director Ravi Bhirani, who took on the role in 2023 and oversees strategy, execution, and project performance, while Chairman Satish Sanpal—also CEO of ANAX Holding – guides its vision and growth. Since its launch, the firm has successfully handed over its first project, Vento Tower – a 19-storey luxury residential development in Business Bay featuring 225 furnished units with smart home features and high-end amenities – and has commenced construction on its second project, Evora Residences in Al Furjan, slated for completion in Q3 2026
