One Yard Real Estate Development (also called Yard) is a Dubai-based developer founded in 2022, with a vision to fuse nature and wellness into urban living.The managing partner is Yana Rudkovska, who co-founded the firm along with CG Investment LTD (based in Montenegro) and Futura HATA (a Ukrainian developer). Their signature concept is “recharge real estate” — bio-architecture design that helps people rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect with nature even in a bustling city. Currently, One Yard has one active project in Dubai: Oak Yard in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), which is under development with an expected handover in Q2 2026. According to third-party developer databases, they have not completed any projects yet.
